Mimi Choi is the founder and President of Advanced Risk Managers, LLC (“ARM”).  The creation of ARM is the culmination of Choi’s vision to combine her extensive nursing and clinical training with her many years as a Corporate Officer with a Managing General Underwriter.  Under the direction of Choi, ARM is uniquely positioned to serve the managed care administration, medical bill cost assessment, and cost-containment needs of her clients.

Prior to founding ARM, Choi was Vice President of Managed Care for one of the largest Managing General Underwriters in the United States.  Choi has also served as the Manager of Case Management for the third largest HMO in Louisiana.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, Houston, where she was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.  Choi’s certifications and affiliations include: Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC), North American Transplant Coordinator Organization, and Registered Nurse Association/California licensure.
